General Terms

• I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any commissions.
• You understand you are being sent a digital product that is not shipped. You will receive a temporarily downloadable file through a google drive link to your social media or e-mail of choice.
• I require to work with commissions that either have a decently long deadline or none at all.
• Any personal information that may be shared during the transaction process will be kept strictly confidential.

Commission Usage

• Live2D commissions do not require an additional commercial fee unless it is from an established company/non-indie group or used for merch.
• Illustration and PNGtuber model commissions do not require an additional commercial fee unless it will be used on merch.
• Do not claim you created any of the work. Credit me as Skiyoshi on your social media or streamer panels or credit section. A clickable link would be preferred.
• I reserve the right to use completed commissions as work samples for my portfolio. If you require an NDA there may be a fee.

Payment

• Commission prices are in USD (United States Dollar)
• Payments must be made through Paypal or Square using an invoice. Payments made elsewhere will not be valid.
• Commissions without a payment plan must be paid in full before work begins.
• Refunds will not be available after commission completion. Partial refunds may be available based on the amount of work done. If a refund is requested within 24 hours of paying the invoice a full refund will be issued.

Revisions

• There are 3 revisions for free that are required to be done during the drafting("sketch") stage if needed. Any changes or additions added after this will be subject to additional charge.
• Significant additions requested after we have discussed original commission details will be subject to extra charge. This includes significant additions requested during the drafting("sketch") stage. Significant additions for example can be wanting to add a weapon when it wasn’t mentioned during the initial commission discussion.

Additional Live2D Specific Commission Terms

• The project file (.psd) is provided for Live2D model art commissions. I am not responsible for backing up the file after commission delivery.
• The project file (.cmo3) will be released with rigging commissions. If you want to have it worked on by someone else, please credit me for the original rigging and credit additional edits to the proper rigger. I will backup the file in case of model additions in the future if I have not released it to you already.
• I can work with NSFW models for an extra charge. (Rigging Only)
• I reserve the right to deny upgrades or additional outfits because of time constraints. I need to be aware of this commission request early to have ample time to schedule it.

Payment Plans

• Payment plans are only for LIVE2D or INOCHI2D COMMISSIONS. Payment plans are for a limited time and may not be offered in the future.
• Commissions paid in full will have priority over partially paid ones
• Payment plans must be paid using an invoice. Payments made elsewhere will not be valid.
• RIGGING ONLY/ART ONLY: With a payment plan, 50% of the final commission price is required up front, remaining 50% before file delivery.
• ART+RIGGING: With a payment plan, 50% of the final commission price is required up front, remaining 50% before rigging starts.
• Not paying the initial 50% within 2 weeks will result in your commission being dropped.
• Work will not start until the initial 50% is paid.
• Refunds will not be available after commission completion. Partial refunds may be available based on the amount of work done.

PNGTuber Model

A model used with Veadotube Mini or PNGtuber PlusComes with two extra expressions, anger and sad.
